You can hire The Moore The Merrier horsebox for £300. This is taken before the event and secures your booking.
For events within a 30 mile radius of Godalming, Surrey, we do not charge any mileage, however outside of this we charge a fixed rate of 45p per mile. Once we have agreed on your chosen date, we will visit your venue to check access, power and understand the layout.
There is a minimum spend of £800 on all bookings which is just £8 per person when based on a minimum of 100 guests .
We only hire the bar fully staffed
We would need a minimum of 2 hours to set up for any event. Ideally we would look to visit the site prior. We can liaise with the venue directly on your behalf to ensure all goes smoothly.
We hold our own personal license which allows us to sell alcohol under the licensing act 2003. As part of your booking we will apply for a (TENS) Temporary Events Notice which allows alcohol to be served at the premises where your event is being held
We serve a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. See our menu for the full range. We are happy to work with you to tailor the offer for your event.
*We are delighted to be able to offer a great range of perfectly chilled draft products and we can help you choose the best products for your event. Please note, once a keg has been opened it must be used within a short time period. If there is any residual draft product remaining at the end of your event this will be charged to you at £1.50 per pint and invoiced to you on the first working day following your event– we are very careful to keep this to a minimum as no one likes to waste good drink.
In everything we do, we take the greatest care to ensure that our carbon footprint and impact on the environment is minimised. Therefore, we only serve our drinks in disposable biodegradable clear cups encouraging our guests to bring them back to the bar for their refill throughout the evening.

Glass hire may be provided for an additional fee and if the venue permits.
Providing the space is big enough and we can access inside the building we can go wherever you need us to. This could be in a Barn, Marque or simply the grand entrance to your favourite venue. We can speak to the venue beforehand to arrange access and check suitability on your behalf.
We take card, but can offer a cash service if required. We accept all major credit/debit cards plus Google & Apple Pay. There is no additional charge for card or contactless payments.
We mainly cover the South of England, however nowhere is too far and we will travel anywhere in the UK so do get in touch to discuss your event.
Yes we have full Public Liability Insurance.
We will never stop the party, but we do have to work to the license conditions that are granted by your local authority and venue. We will always discuss this with you prior to your event.
If neither of these are available at your chosen location, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance so we can ensure everything is in place for your event.
As we take card for payment we would require WIFI or signal for our Sum UP payment machines.
The tow bar requires access of 3m width x 3m height and an approximate pitch size of 6m x 5m. Can be located inside or out dependent on access.
We look to provide up to two qualified staff with at least one being a personal license holder. Dependent on the number of guests at your event, additional staff may be required. Contact us for details.
Our staff are smartly dressed in black branded polo shirts, with grey aprons.

Giant Jenga - Built on the simple premise of stacking blocks, Jenga engages players of all ages, across all cultures. Player s take turns to remove a block from a tower and balance it on top, creating a taller and increasingly unstable structure as the game progresses.
Cornhole - similar to horseshoes except you use wooden boxes called cornhole platforms and corn bags instead of horseshoes and metal stakes. Contestants take turns pitching their corn bags at the cornhole platform until a contestant reaches the score of 21 points.
Pegs & Rope Hoopla - The game can be played by 2 people or 2 teams with the aim of the game is to take turns in trying to throw a rope quoit over a point scoring peg, and the winner being the person or team that collates the most points.
